Read the following article in the net that best summarize and explain the marketing strategies used by the non-denominational churches in this country also.

The question asked in the conclusion is - Is there hope and a future for the Church ?

Because such strategies intend to welcome only the English educated and better-off strata of our society, my question is whether there is HOPE for the other majority end strata to hear the unperverted Gospel ? There is no point "inviting someone to the Wedding Banquet without telling him or her to dress appropriately and risk them being kicked out of it".

Expressions Oh! That we will wait on God to lead us to His harvest field. The harvest is indeed plentiful but the laborers are few. Therefore pray to the Lord of harvest to send workers into the harvest field. The Word is to "Get Ready". Yes! The harvest is here and He is preparing workers to harvest them.

Get ready, be prepared for good works and righteousness.

    Evil times

Expressions The Word of God clearly says that there will be evil times and days of wickedness. Righteousness will arise and wicknessness too. There will be a conflict between the two.
The Lord spoke to me a couple of years ago on this. He said, "Just as there is war in the natural, there is war in the spiritual." True.

    1. There is a spiritual war to fight.
    2. Our weapons are, the Word of God from our hearts, faith, right living with God and love.
    3. Walking with the Spirit allows the anointing (personal anointing) to flow in a believer's life.
    4. Prayer and intercession (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty in God, for pulling down of strongholds.)

    God bless!

    Help Needed! Hi all,

Expressions Our Lord Jesus said, "For what does it profit a man - to gain the whole world but forfeit his soul ?"

I was shocked to learn of the following percentage statistics of the Christians in each continent comparing the Year 1900 and 2000:

    1900 / 2000

    Africa 9.2% / 45 %
    Asia 2.3% / 8.5%
    Latin America 95% / 92%

We often read of the extreme poverty, famines, misfortunes and harsh conditions in Africa and thought of the "blessings" we have in the First World. Looking at the statistics above, do you think we are truly blessed ? 9 out of 10 in Asia will go into Christ-less eternity while almost 1 in 2 in Africa will see God.

Sometimes we are not shrewd as our Lord had mentioned many times in several parables. We would trade 70 to 80 years of "good life" for Christ-less ETERNITY while the truly wise trade their lives of misery for ETERNAL glory with Christ.

Our Lord has reminded us again in the parable of the rich man and Lazarus in Abraham's bosom.

Before we pray for Africa in future, please pray for ourselves first. You know the statistics in my other postings.

    A heart prepared for truth

Expressions "And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and signs among the people... When they heard these things they were cut to the heart, and they gnashed at him with their teeth." Acts 6 & 7

"For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires..." 2 Tim 4:3

Do you have any friends who always reject the truth?
Do you know anybody who turn a deaf ear to the truth?
Do you know of anyone who loves to listen to what they like to hear?

These are times of rebellion. They are lovers of themselves, proud, self-seeking and unforgiving.

Love is not blind. In fact, true love is in line with the truth. Love does not birth off from man, but from God and God is true Himself.

Let us continue to speak the truth in love. Eph. 4 : 15

Expressions "I am too busy for God."

We have been too busy for God to work thru us. Rather, we are busy for our dreams and goals. We are busy making a living. We are lured to pursue the "Singapore dream" (the comfortable and preferred lifestyle).

    - Reorganise our priorities
    - Work with God
    - Set our heart's desires on the things of God
    - Plan according to the plans of the Lord for you
    - Be contented

If we follow diligently these principles of God, we will be fruitful in our work. We will be happy and not become proud of our own acheivements.
